We utilize United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service for our shipments.
If you have choosen a shipping service and we find we can get your order to you faster through another service, we reserve the right to do so.
We reserve the right to at our choice to make any package "Signature Required" for your safety and ours.
Please understand, once we hand over your order to a shipping source, it is out of our control to get it to you "faster". We want to help, but it really is out of our hands at that point. During the Holidays is a busy season for shipping, sometimes things get lost of delayed and this is out of our control as well. We will do all that we can to insure you get what you ordered in a timely manner.
We offer the option of "Signature Required" and optional package/parcel "Insurance" for your products while shipping items to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if these options are not requsted or purchased during the "Checkout" process.
Canadian Customers: If you choose to have your shipments made through UPS-Ground, please note: normally there is a Canadian brokerage fee involved. This fee is from UPS Canada, not us. If a package is refused by you and has to be returned to us, the shipping fee to you and the return shipping fee back to us will be deducted from your refund. Simple answer to this: Use the US Postal Service, they have a much smaller brokerage fee.
